Count Dracula Character Sketch

And here we have it folks,
Count Dracula is officially part of my fantasy universe
He's the one of the only 2 pure vampire beings.
One of the most powerfull beings of this universe but not near the level of the Vampire Queen.
His role is kinda simmilar to Kingpin of the Marvel Universe.He appears as a well spoken and respected gentleman to the world but he is actually an evil mastermind behind his own grand scheme.He has no affilations to the Vampire queen other than the fact that he is the only other pure vampire creature.
The Trinity and the guardians know that he is actually evil and scheeming something but they dont have any proof.
